Rachel’s kundalini awakening occurred in 2019 while in Bali for a Yoga Teacher Training. Her journey of deep listening—encompassing over 5,000 hours of meditation practice, a meditation teacher certification, and time spent teaching meditation at Google—naturally led her to become a Certified KAP Facilitator. Guided by reverence and compassion, Rachel offers a safe, nurturing environment to explore the profound possibilities to ignite your life force energy, revealing new depths of self-awareness, expression, peace, and purpose.
In addition to her work as a KAP Facilitator, Rachel is a serial entrepreneur, executive coach, founder, designer, and artist. She integrates KAP into her client and creative collaborations, broadening how we approach creation and problem-solving. By expanding beyond purely cognitive frameworks and embracing energetic and somatic perspectives, Rachel enables her clients and collaborators to tap into deeper creative and innovative levels of insight.

Kundalini—also known as life force, prana, or qi—has been recognized by ancient civilizations as the vital energy that fuels our awareness and capacity to experience life. When awakened, this energy can support healing, intuition, and personal clarity.
KAP, standing for Kundalini Activation Process, is a direct energy transmission that activates your internal life force. It is comes from the ancient Hindu practice of Shaktipat, where spiritual energy is transferred from teacher to student. This tradition has been passed down through generations of masters. The founder of KAP, and Rachel's teacher, Venant Wong, learned these practices through his training with spiritual teacher Adi Da. Through deep spiritual guidance, Venant was guided to bring this sacred practice outside lineage, creating KAP to help awaken people around the world to their true nature.
As KAP gently opens and moves energy throughout your body, you may experience:
Over time, consistent KAP sessions can help you reset your central nervous system, expand your consciousness, and transform your day-to-day reality. While mind and body wellness practices are crucial, nurturing our spiritual growth is the key to fully expanded awareness—and KAP offers a potent path to get there.
Unlike other kundalini-based modalities, KAP requires no specific technique or physical effort. Instead, it calls for total surrender. Here’s how a typical session unfolds:
Common experiences include emotional release, subtle somatic reactions (like shaking or twitching), heightened clarity, visions, or deep tranquility. Sensitivity to this energy varies from person to person, and each session often feels different. With regular practice, the effects deepen and your connection to this life-force energy grows stronger.
